The shell has been poured, the electrical and plumbing installed, and all inspections past. We now get the fun, yet arduous task, of selecting what type of tile and decking we would like installed. Our contractor, who is awesome by the way, dropped off a ton of brick and tile samples. Jamie and I spent a good couple of hours looking through them trying to decide on a scheme that wouldn’t clash with the house, or worst yet, itself.
We have our selections withered down to just a few possibilities and our contractor is coming by tomorrow night to assist us with the final selection and offer some recommendations.
It’s quickly coming together. We think the addition of the pool and the new landscape is going to totally transform our back yard. We can’t wait!
