We finally made it to the apartment. It was a long day of waiting. We’ve pretty much moved in at this point. The place is quite large. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. There’s specific place to hook up your computer. The beds are decent and so are both bathrooms. We’re actually impressed by all the place has. Now, I have daily appointments at Moffitt for blood work and to see doctors sometimes. It is SO COLD outside. It’s making it difficult. We can’t walk along the sidewalk here, so I end up walking around the inside of the house, which is just okay. In addition to the same problems I’ve been dealing with: burning fingers, pain on the left of my tongue, sores (because some really are starting to heal), and now I have an annoying cough. We saw the PA yesterday and he said my lungs sound good, so he doesn’t see a problem unless I develop another symptom. I was afraid I was doing that last night when I dealt with a mild fever. Luckily the highest was 100.1 and I would have to hit 100.5 to call the center. My cough is annoying and wakes me up. I ended up sleeping in the recliner for a while trying to keep drainage to a minimum. But I still break out in uncontrollable fits. So I’m trying to walk and use my breathing machine more. For those of you who want to know, my new apartment address is:

10420 N. McKinley Drive

Unit 9116

Tampa, FL 33612
