I was born 4 months premature….back when neonatal was new! Josh will be fine, he’ll probably be a really cool kid! I am praying for great results on your 6 mo. check up. Thanks for the update.

Good to hear. Two of my nieces were born premature. One just graduated high school and she's a straight A student. The other is just a little pita, but she seems to be doing well too. She's about 5 now. They both started out a little behind for a while, but don't worry, he'll be just fine.

Since Josh was born 2 months premature, he's about the same amount behind developmentally. In other words, it's taking him a bit longer to reach the normal milestones (ie.. rolling over, sitting up, crawling, etc…)An occupational therapist visits him at our home every week to work with him on some of these essential motor skills. So far he's making really good progress!
